Wine Spectator 92 points - This has lots of energy, with enticing thyme and tarragon notes flecking the core of lemon zest, white peach, tangerine and straw flavors. The long salted butter finish crackles with life. Rock-solid, and will be fun to cellar for a touch. Drink now through 2017. -JM

Vinous 89 points - Pale straw-yellow. Fresh aromas of bitter grapefruit and white flowers complicated by minerals and aromatic herbs. Then richer and deeper in the mouth than the nose suggests, with white stone fruit and gooseberry flavors that carry nicely on the back end. The wine’s lively acidity and hint of tannic bitterness will have you scrambling for food.
