Very old Fine Champagne (minimum 51% Grande Champagne and maximum 49% Petite Champagne). Lovely cognac, vanilla and white flower nose, which will leave a better finish on the palate if kept at room temperature for 10 or 15 minutes before serving. A traditional X.O, capable of winning over even the most demanding palates.
